Body and Mind Practices from Chinese Medicine
Learn practical uses of QiGong and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective of the seasons and living a balanced life.
Each week we will investigate one of the seasons and explore the ways to use our experience to design wellbeing everyday. Participants will reaffirm and discover their inborn capacity to be well and happy by learning simple aspects of qigong, mindfulness, diet, conversation and exercise.
