QiGong is a form of self care that is central it Chinese Medicine and healing. With the practice of QiGong you integrate physical movement, breathing, and mindfulness. The gentle rhythmic practice of QiGong will help you reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality. Similar to Yoga, QiGong can be practiced for maintaining good health or healing and as a spiritual practice. We practice both seated and standing forms as well as qi self massage and QiGong meditations.
